Do you provide a tracking number?

We do not provide a tracking number UNLESS you use a protonmail account. PLEASE SET UP AND USE A FREE PROTONMAIL ACCOUNT TO CONTACT AND ORDER FROM US, AS GMAIL, HOTMAIL, AND MOST NON-SECURE EMAIL PROVIDERS EITHER BLOCK OUR EMAILS OR SEND THEM TO YOUR SPAM. If you have ordered with a protonmail address, once your order ships you will get an email with a tracking number within 2-3 business days (WEEKENDS EXCLUDED). IF YOU ORDERED WITH A NON-SECURE EMAIL, YOU ARE FREE TO CONTACT US WITH A PROTON ACCOUNT AND PROVIDE US WITH YOUR NAME, & ORDER NUMBER, AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED. What happens If My Order is Lost? Do I get my money back?

If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete mailing address we will not be able to retrieve your package, because we use a FAKE return address. Please double check your mailing address before ordering. If Canada post loses your package or you provided an incomplete/incorrect address, we are not responsible for it if it is lost.

How long does it take for me to receive an order? what shipping carrier do you use?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days after clearing payment. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, which normally takes approximately 1-3 business days to receive an order. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays as we are not Canada Post and cannot control delays on their end.

What if I need to return an item?

We can’t accept any returns, because we don’t have a mailing address in Canada.

Do you offer discounts on larger orders?

Please email us and we’ll see what further discounts we can offer on an order.
We currently offer 5$ off 10+ item orders, and 10$ off 20+ item orders. If you plan on ordering more please email us.

Do you ship internationally?

NO, we are Canada domestic only, we do not ship to the USA or any other countries. Please do not ask

I Received my order and there are damaged products inside, what can i do?

If you can provide proof of damaged products, please email us and we’ll send you replacement items at no additional cost.

Can you get product X? I don’t see it on your web site.

If its not listed, we don’t carry it. Nor do we carry any controlled substances so please do not inquire about any availability of those types of products.

You’re out of stock on certain products, when will They be back in stock?

Due to the nature of COVID-19, there are some supply chain issues that are out of control, therefore some products may be out of stock indefinitely.

Do you guys have a minimum order?

Yes, we have a 2 item minimum

will i have to sign for my package?

There is no signature required unless you request one in your order notes. If a signature is requested, our shipper will have a signature sticker added to your package.
