Yohimbine Hydrochloride is an Alpha2-adrenergic Receptor Antagonist that effectively blocks the alpha2 receptors found in fat cells, enhancing one’s ability to burn stored body fat. It’s an interesting drug, where at a lower dosage it functions as a vasodilator, dilating blood vessels, improving blood flow, and increasing nitric oxide levels. These attributes have lead Yohimbine to be used to help with Erectile Dysfunction (ED), and enhance sexual performance for men and women. However, at a higher dosage it seems to have differing effects of increasing sympathetic nervous system (SNS) activity, raising blood pressure and heart rate. Still it is commonly used for its stimulant qualities, working well with other fat loss compounds.
Yohimbine or Quebrachine, is an indole alkaloid derived from the bark of two different trees found in Africa and South America. Yohimbine (not to be confused with Yohimbe, which it is derived from) is an Alpha2-Adrenergic Receptor Antagonist that is commonly used as a veterinary drug to reverse sedation in animals. NOTE: There is no “miracle” fat loss drug or diet. To properly lose weight (ideally body fat, not muscle and/or water) requires a healthy diet where you remain in a calorie deficit (consuming fewer daily calories than you expend).
